mischadehart: Beer Can Chicken Few things are better than having friends over while something delicious slow cooks over firewood. Seriously. We smoked this beer can chicken over applewood. I can not even begin to tell you how delicious it was. It was so incredibly flavorful and juicy. I also made homemade baked beans and cheddar buttermilk biscuits. (Biscuit recipe coming soon!) One day… one day I will make this.
