Dear New York City Apartment Managers

What is your problem???  Why would you turn the heat off on December 20th… in the middle of the night…. during a snow storm?  Did you think that that was an acceptable thing to do?

And more importantly, why was it so, so crucial for you to have our heat on full blast when it was 55 degrees out during the fall, to the point where I wasted money on our electricity bill because I had to sleep with my air conditioning on because my room became a balmy 80 degrees… and now that it’s literally snowing buckets outside you think to yourself, “Meh… shut ‘er down.  No biggie.”

Really?  Really?!?
