Every year we have a lovely Christmas Eve dinner (even though we’re Jewish). The table was set with a dozen candles and we enjoyed Apricot Glazed Cornish Game Hens, Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, and Wild Rice Stuffed Acorn Squash. And for dessert we had poached pears with chocolate sauce and toffee bits.  It was perfect.
