When you are taking off and landing on a plane you have to turn it off
You can’t read on a train back into the city with no lights on (also, it’s really creepy)
You’re reading a book with really great recipes (obviously) and you can’t dog-ear a page and come back to it easily — adding a bookmark just doesn’t do it
That time when you’re in...

Tonight I'm going to a risotto party.
Yea, that’s right. I said a risotto party.

Breakfast in the form of a chocolate hazelnut croissant with an iced latte
Absolutely gorgeous weather, topped off by hearing about the fog and pouring rain that is happening back in New York

helms-deep asked: Hey, my Tumblr foodie buddy. Sounds like you've had a crazy month, so let's focus on the good: In the past month, 1) What is the best sandwich you've eaten? 2) What is the best dessert you've had? In the past 6 months, 3) What book/movie have you read/seen that has inspired you in some way? 4) When was the last time you laughed so hard it made you cry and what was the...

darkillumination asked: After you posted that enchilada picture, I asked my boss if I could leave early for lunch because I really needed an enchilada. In other words, THANK YOU.

neffsays asked: Also, re: caffeine addiction, I just started taking a one-a-day multivitamin and the caffeine in that sets me OFF. Okay, I'm done talking about my delicate flower-ness now. Hope you are having a great one!

True Story
I normally don’t drink caffeine. I’m really sensitive to it and get withdrawal headaches from drinking decaf, let alone regular.
But today I was tired. Really tired. So I had a Diet Coke.
And now everything is funny… so much funnier than it should be. And my heart’s racing. And my fingers want to move faster on the keyboard than they actually can.
This is going to be an...
